The Lite plan is our most affordable option at $248/month, available exclusively on yearly billing. It includes up to 2 Journeys, 100 monthly Addresses, embedding on 1 website, 5 Mobile App Seats, and Zoom & Email Support. It's perfect for getting started without a large upfront investment.

Onboarding includes initial configuration, account provisioning, and a dedicated setup session with our team to ensure you're up and running quickly. We'll walk you through the platform, help you set up your first Journeys, and make sure your integrations are connected properly.

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time and the price difference will be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. Contact our team to make any plan changes.

Journeys are automated, multi-step engagement flows that guide your audience through a personalized experience. Each plan tier includes a different number of active Journeys you can run simultaneously, from 2 on the Lite plan up to 25 on Enterprise.

An Address represents a unique contact or recipient that interacts with your Journeys within a given billing cycle. Your Address usage resets at the start of each monthly cycle and does not roll over. Unused Addresses from a previous month do not carry forward. If you need more Addresses, upgrading to a higher-tier plan increases your monthly limit.

Paths & Conditional Logic allow you to create branching experiences within your Journeys based on user behavior, responses, or custom criteria. This feature is available on Starter plans and above, enabling more sophisticated and targeted engagement flows.

All plans include access to our support team via Zoom video calls and email. Our team is available during business hours to help with technical issues, strategy questions, and platform guidance. Pro and Enterprise plans also include Weekly 1:1 Marketing Strategy Calls for more hands-on assistance.

Online Scheduling is included on every plan and lets your customers book appointments directly through your Journeys or website embed. It integrates seamlessly with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook/365 calendars, so booked appointments automatically sync to your team's existing calendars in real time. You can set available time slots, buffer times between appointments, and assign bookings to specific team members. Customers receive automated confirmation and reminder notifications to reduce no-shows.

Sub-accounts allow you to manage multiple brands, clients, or locations under a single parent account. This feature is exclusive to the Enterprise plan and is ideal for agencies or multi-location businesses that need centralized management with separate workspaces.

Each plan includes a set number of websites you can embed on — 1 for Lite and Starter, 2 for Pro, and 3 for Enterprise. A "website" is defined by its root domain, so subdomains and subpages all count as a single website. For example, blog.yoursite.com, shop.yoursite.com, and yoursite.com/pricing all fall under yoursite.com and count as one. However, embedding on a completely different domain like yourotherbrand.com would count as a second website. If you need to embed across more root domains, simply upgrade to a higher-tier plan.
